OUR STORY
Upwood Industries started with a simple idea: good furniture shouldn't be thrown away just because it's scratched, dated, or forgotten.
Based in Los Angeles, Upwood finds overlooked furniture and gives it another shot. Some pieces need a deep cleaning and a little attention. Others get stripped down, repaired, refinished, painted, and completely transformed.
The goal isn't to make every piece look brand new. It's to bring out what made it worth saving in the first place — and create something someone will be excited to bring home.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
BUILT TO LAST. WORTH SAVING.
There's already a lot of great furniture in the world. Sometimes it just needs another chance.
Whenever possible, Upwood starts with existing pieces rather than something new. Restoring furniture keeps usable materials out of the landfill, preserves craftsmanship that's already there, and creates something unique in the process.
Some pieces keep their original character. Others get an entirely new look. Either way, the goal is the same: save what can be saved and make it worth owning again.
